When placing an order with gobaplay, you agree to accept the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Certain legislation in Australia may provide consumer guarantees or impose obligations on Springfree Trampoline Australia Pty Ltd which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, or only to a limited extent.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to such legislation, including without limitation the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

DELIVERY

We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with $69 shipping on larger items and free shipping on all smaller accessories within Australia.
  • Delivery to your door is takes approximately 7-10 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. Approx. 10 business days for all other areas in Australia.
  • Delivery for our larger items is $69 Australia wide and accessories are shipped at no additional cost.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

Return Policy

At gobaplay we are confident we deliver a quality product.

In accordance with consumer law, we are not required to offer a refund for change of mind.  However, each refund or cancellation enquiry is handled on a case by case basis.  Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Exchange Policy

Within 30 days from the date the items were received, we allow customers to exchange their items.

If your gobaplay items have not been opened or used, only the freight cost to return the trampoline to gobaplay will be incurred.

If your gobaplay items have been opened or installed, the below conditions will apply;

  • Freight Costs to return the originally purchased items will be the customers responsibility
  • If the gobaplay items have been installed, they must be dismantled at the customer’s expense and packed into their original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then gobaplay can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).
  • The difference in retail price of the items will apply to each exchange.
  • Once returned, the items will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and is suitable to be sold as an ex-demo model, and a $100 restocking fee will apply.
  • If the items are not able to be certified as an ex-demo model, additional refurbishment costs may be charged to the customer.

Return delivery costs are $100.

WARRANTY

At gobaplay, we take pride in providing high-quality products for your backyard enjoyment. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and offer a warranty to protect your investment.

Limited Warranty Coverage

We are proud to offer the best warranty in the business for single swing sets of this nature. While the typical set has a 1 or 2 year warranty on the frame, gobaplay is proud to offer a full five (5) year warranty on the frame. Made from powder coated galvanized steel, we are confident that this product won’t bend or rust and we stand behind it with this industry leading warranty.

Please note that the gobaplay product warranty does not cover 3rd party installation services or fees and is not transferrable.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty excludes the following items:
  • Products purchased from an unauthorised dealer
  • Improper installation not in accordance with the Owner’s Manual and Assembly Instructions
  • Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance or use not in accordance with the Owner’s Manual and Assembly Instructions
  • External sources such as weather events, fire, fireworks, animal damage, cuts, burns or vandalism
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorised parties or agents
  • Use of the product other than for private household purposes (i.e.: commercial or rental purposes), unless exempted by local legislation and laws.
  • This limited warranty does not cover misuse or minor imperfections in products that meet design specifications or do not materially alter functionality.

Making A Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Specialist Team on 1800-586-772 with your original purchase information and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

REVIEWS VOUCHER

Participants are restricted to 1 entry per customer. Entry is only open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 who are existing customers of gobaplay. Competition winner will selected randomly and will be contacted by email. $200 voucher is only redeemable through the gobaplay.com.au website and cannot be redeemed for cash. Voucher expires 3 months from the date of issue. 

Competition drawn quarterly for each country - beginning Sep 2025.

gobaplay runs promotions from time to time. Each Promotion has a landing page with their own set of T&C’s obtaining to that promotion.
