      We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping available on all new gobaplay products within Australia.

      Once your purchase is complete, our bookings team will be in contact to arrange a suitable date for delivery.

      Alternatively, a notification of dispatch will let you know if your products are on their way via our third party freight provider.

      Our delivery timeframes are: 7-10 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. Approx. 10 business days for all other areas in Australia.

      Return Policy

      We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following information regarding returns:

      Within 30 days from the date of delivery, we allow customers to return their gobaplay products.

      If your gobaplay products have not been opened or used, only the freight cost to return the products to gobaplay will be incurred.

      If your gobaplay products have been opened or installed, the below conditions will apply:

      Freight Costs of $100 to return the originally purchased model will be the customers responsibility

      If the products have been installed, they must be dismantled at the customer’s expense and packed into its original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then gobaplay can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).

      Once returned, the products will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and is suitable to be sold as an ex-demo model, and a $100 restocking fee will apply.

      If the products are not able to be certified as an ex-demo model, additional refurbishment costs may be charged to the customer.

      gobaplay will then issue a refund of the purchase price including any promotions of all products returned. Any refund processed will be exclusive of any return freight, restocking fees or refurbishment costs.

      Fun, durable, aesthetic swing set

      I’m not the type to write reviews but I had to, this swing set is even better than we hoped it would be!! Everything looks to be smartly designed with safety in mind; there are no places where little fingers could get pinched. This frame is solid. We love that from our driveway, the view of the set blends into our yard - the gunmetal colour is very natural looking. Though our little one is just 5 months old, we love to lay out on the swing and enjoy the morning sun and sounds together - I’ve been enjoying it myself as a relaxing tanning spot during naps :) I’m really looking forwards to summer now with a little boy who likes to be on the move.

      Assembly took 30 minutes with the easy-to-follow instructions. We can detach the swing quickly and store it thru winter or when it won’t be in use so this can last us for years to come! I also love that we can use any other accessories in future with the 3 heavy duty latches on the top bar, for whatever our son will be interested in.

      If you’re looking for a fun, durable and aesthetic swing set for your family, get this one. As a bonus, the Costco shipping to our Northern Ontario location was so speedy, two days!!

      Great backyard swing

      We're really happy with the swing. It provides a great chance to relax and soak up some Vitamin D in a fun way. It arrived quickly and it while it took a few of us to assemble the stand, it is very sturdy and feels secure when you're in it. It seems made of material that will hold up to NS weather and let us for many summers.

      It’s amazing!

      We just received our GobaPlay swing and my husband set it up in less than an hour. Super easy and straight forward. Love that the anchors are included to secure it to our backyard. My three year old son loves it! He’s absolutely obsessed. He’s invited all of his friends over to check it out. Even better when we can use it with him! I’ve even used it as a hammock on a sunny day and it’s perfect. It’s such a beautifully designed product and it looks amazing in our backyard. All in all, this won’t be our last Goba Play purchase!

      Great swing for everyone!

      This swing was a great addition to our back yard. It took me and my husband less then 30 minutes to put together. It is a great swing for the whole family to enjoy for summers to come. Well made very strong and fun for all ages. I am super happy with with product and glad I purchased it.

      Fun for the whole family!

      We bought this online through Costco and set it up just in the time for long weekend. It was very easy to build straight out of the box and it came with all the tools needed for assembly. It's super easy to move around on the lawn and most importantly it was a hit with our daughter! You can adjust the incline of the seat with the hooks - we set ours up so it's more of a reclined position for our one year old. It's a great swing, she was hypnotized sitting in it and so relaxed! Another great thing is that with one push it swings for a while and you don't have to stand there constantly pushing your child. Overall would highly recommend this as it's not just for children and adults can enjoy it too!!
