We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping available on all new gobaplay products within Australia.

Once your purchase is complete, our bookings team will be in contact to arrange a suitable date for delivery.

Alternatively, a notification of dispatch will let you know if your products are on their way via our third party freight provider.

Our delivery timeframes are: 7-10 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. Approx. 10 business days for all other areas in Australia.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following information regarding returns:

Within 30 days from the date of delivery, we allow customers to return their gobaplay products.

If your gobaplay products have not been opened or used, only the freight cost to return the products to gobaplay will be incurred.

If your gobaplay products have been opened or installed, the below conditions will apply:

Freight Costs of $100 to return the originally purchased model will be the customers responsibility

If the products have been installed, they must be dismantled at the customer’s expense and packed into its original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then gobaplay can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).

Once returned, the products will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and is suitable to be sold as an ex-demo model, and a $100 restocking fee will apply.

If the products are not able to be certified as an ex-demo model, additional refurbishment costs may be charged to the customer.

gobaplay will then issue a refund of the purchase price including any promotions of all products returned. Any refund processed will be exclusive of any return freight, restocking fees or refurbishment costs.

Amazing Swing, even for the adults!

Absolutely LOVE our Gobaplay Swing! So easy to assemble, the kids even helped it was that easy!. The frame is super sturdy with huge sand pegs which was a bonus for us as we live near the beach. Love that it has a large wight capacity as this means we can use it as well as the kids. Our daughter spends her mornings curled up with a blanket and book (rather than watching TV!). We love our Gobaplay swing and would highly recommend it

The swing every backyard needs!

We recently put up our amazing Single Swing Set with Tent Swing, and this swing set has been a great addition to our backyard.
The installation of the swing set was very straight forward (2 people recommended) as the instructions were very specific and easy to follow which made the process easier than we first thought. Once the swing set was set up and ready to go, we found that the frame and anchor bolts made for a very sturdy and safe play equipment.
Our son loves the swing tent as he now has his own place to relax in the backyard.
We would recommend the Single Swing Set with Tent Swing to any family wanting to have a safe and fun place for the kids to relax and have fun

Fun, Sturdy and Easy to Assemble

Thrilled with out new seing set. I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment it was installed, it has been the go to spot for our kids to play. First and foremost, the quality and craftsmanship of the frame are exceptional. The materials are sturdy and durable, ensuring that it will withstand countless hours of play. I was particularly impressed with the attention of detail in construction, leaving no sharp edges or rough spots that could potentially harm little hands. Safety was a priority and it shows in all aspects. It was also SUPER simple to assemble! Perfect for busy kids and great with a smaller grass area!

Awesome swing frame!

This swing frame is awesome! It was so easy to put together it took a whole 20 mins! Very sturdy frame.

The kids really love having their swing on here now instead of in the climbing dome! It's a great addition to our backyard kid oasis.
