We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers with free shipping available on all new gobaplay products within Australia.

Once your purchase is complete, our bookings team will be in contact to arrange a suitable date for delivery.

Alternatively, a notification of dispatch will let you know if your products are on their way via our third party freight provider.

Our delivery timeframes are: 7-10 business days for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Sunshine Coast. Approx. 10 business days for all other areas in Australia.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following information regarding returns:

Within 30 days from the date of delivery, we allow customers to return their gobaplay products.

If your gobaplay products have not been opened or used, only the freight cost to return the products to gobaplay will be incurred.

If your gobaplay products have been opened or installed, the below conditions will apply:

Freight Costs of $100 to return the originally purchased model will be the customers responsibility

If the products have been installed, they must be dismantled at the customer’s expense and packed into its original packaging (if the original packaging is not available then gobaplay can send at the customer’s expense, boxes for packing).

Once returned, the products will be inspected and confirmed to be in good condition and is suitable to be sold as an ex-demo model, and a $100 restocking fee will apply.

If the products are not able to be certified as an ex-demo model, additional refurbishment costs may be charged to the customer.

gobaplay will then issue a refund of the purchase price including any promotions of all products returned. Any refund processed will be exclusive of any return freight, restocking fees or refurbishment costs.

Awesome Climbing Tower!!

Our 7 and 9 year olds are LOVING their new Large Climbing Tower and it is the perfect size to grow with them!

First of all it arrived in two boxes with fully labelled pieces and a very thorough instruction booklet which was very much appreciated by us as we built it and found it all very easy to follow. The high quality pieces were obvious from when you open the boxes and you just know this is going to hold up to many years of play and weather!!

It looks really awesome in our yard and the kids have played on it every day.
My eldest is enjoying the cubby part in the afternoons for some downtime with a book and both of the kids love all the different climbing options!

On top of all the ways they can burn off energy climbing and playing, the Large Climbing Tower has been great for their pretend play, it's been a house, a shop, a castle and more.

Thank you Gobaplay for such a thoughtfully designed climbing frame!!!

Fantastic Climbing Tower

I recently purchased this beautiful climber and was so pleased with the speedy delivery, it came a few days ahead of said arrival date!

It’s definitely an easy install for one person to do, took me approximately 3-4 hours to put it together by myself. The quality of the climber is beautifully crafted and heavy duty, a product that would definitely last quite sometime!

My son was so happy with the finished product and could not contain his excitement to climb up his “treehouse”. The added addition such as the bean bag toss is a bonus. He has been playing with his new climber daily. It’s such a wonderful addition to our backyard and I can see many, many play hours on this.

I had reached out to Gobaplay’s customer service to inquire about additional information on this climber and was pleased with the prompt customer service I received!

Backyard Upgrade!

Ordered the Gobaplay climbing tower online and it shipped the next day! I was very impressed with how fast this was delivered to my house. It came in 2 boxes and the instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow. It was a quick installation for my husband to get it up in our backyard and it immediately attracted attention from the kids in our neighborhood! They all came around wanting to give the tower a try. The bright colors are fun, yet it is still neutral where it blends in with the lawn. Its interesting design has sparked a lot of interest from neighbours asking where I got this set. This product is made of quality materials with a very sturdy metal frame along with high quality fabrics. We have set this up at our house in the city, but are planning on purchasing another for the grandparents house in the country so all the grandkids can enjoy this amazing climbing tower!

This Climbing Tower Fired Up Our Kid’s Imagination

My 6 year old have found new joy in our backyard. The large climbing tower is an instant hit with him. There’s a lot of climbing activity packed in a single playset.

The quality out of the box really stands out, and I’m really impressed by gobaplay’s phone support when we needed help putting this together. The first thing that stood out to me after finally having put the tower together is how cleverly they chose colors that go well with the backyard! You can tell they used nature inspired color and structure, that really makes for a nice looking addition to our backyard.

My son really enjoys imaginative play and this climbing tower takes it to new heights! When our friends are over with their kids, we find the kids spending hours with the climbing tower, giving us adults some space to social worry free!

Solid product, my kids love it!

Took just two days to arrive at my door steps! Product came in two boxes, really fast from Costco. The boxes are heavy so make sure to have a friend around to help out.

The kids climbing tower is an instant hit with the kids. We have a small backyard, with no trees, and I’ve always wanted to give my kids a “tree house” like experience. This is such a neat idea, and goes so well with our home.

What I really love about the kids climbing tower is how solid and durable it is. You can really tell there was a lot of thought and consideration given to the design. I’ve had no concerns on tipping, stands tall rain or shine, and really brings together a fun and safe product for our kids to enjoy in our backyard!
